Bob Bernstein is a seasoned healthcare executive and advisor with over 40 years of experience. He is the Founder of The Performance Healthcare Group, Inc., and Co-Founder and CEO of Medovation Health Partners, LLC, both focused on healthcare consulting, investment, and rural health innovation.

Bob has held senior executive roles, including CEO and COO of multiple hospitals, and has led over 200 healthcare engagements. His work spans hospital turnarounds, clinical research, infusion services, capital financing, and healthcare real estate. He also founded Performance Properties, a firm specializing in healthcare facility development.

With dual master’s degrees in Health Administration and Management from Duke University, Bob brings a deep understanding of how different healthcare sectors interact and how decisions are made at the C-suite level. He remains active in charitable work and enjoys time with his wife, three children, and eight grandchildren.
